Shipping
Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Delivery window: Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days of shipping. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Delayed Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within 14 business days of shipping, email us with your order number and we'll send you a $1 store credit as an apology for the wait — no need to ask, just let us know it's late.
If your order still hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, you're entitled to a full refund. We'll process it as soon as you reach out.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your package is lost in transit, or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number (and, for damaged items, a photo of the product) and we'll send a full refund or replacement — your choice.
Returns
Not the right fit, or just changed your mind? You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your EMBER brace for a full refund. Item should be unused and in its original packaging. Email us to start a return and we'll walk you through it.
